Set up at my house is:
Virgin media 50meg wireless network via Time Capsule (N). 3 iMacs and 2 AppleTV. In reality I am getting about 35meg which is fine by me.
However I am thinking about getting Powerline HD adapters (Netgear or Belkin) to stabilise streaming like music via AppleTV. But doing some research on the web all I am getting that they can only handle 200mbps.
Has anyone using fast VM internet and Powerline plugs?

200Mbit is 4 times faster than your internet connection

Brilliant. Anyone can recommend good ones?

You won't get 200 mbps. I've got 85 mbps homeplugs, and the effective throughput on them is about 15 mbps. They're rock solid though.

I am toeing between Netgear HD ones and Belking Giga HB (Gigabit Powerline HD Starter Kit) , which supposly support 1000mbps. However Belkin ones got terrible reviews>>. And obviously I dont want to compromise network speed and performance as I am paying extra for it

I've got the Devolo 200mbps AV homeplug adapters and they're great. Very low ping times which is why I got them.

A word of warning though - they recommend that you do not plug these into power extensions (although I do and it seems OK) so it might be worth paying the extra and getting some with pass-through power if you want to maximise your speed.
