Having a few issues with online gaming, turned off the wireless plugged straight into the modem, with ps3 and after a reboot of modem the pc aswell.
Problem is odd freezes I assume to be packet loss, but after about 10-20 seconds im reconected.
PS3 games boot me to the lobby.
PC games like PKR or any facebook poker game, freeze like the player before me is just taking his time. Then I'm booted from the table, and asked to reconnect.
Decided to test a few speedtests, including the one here, and find speeds range from 2mb to 7mb in the same tests.
So as I havent downloaded anything other that a 14MB patch for MW2 on the PS3 Im sure its not throttling.
Downstream power is 9.3 dBmV
SNR is 41.5DB
Upstream Power is 40.0 dBmV
I have the VM branded 250 modem and am on the 10mbit package.
Any help would be appreciated.

I see the DNS dosnt match up with the trace, Possible DNS hijack?
