Slow browsing speeds in Luton?

I am in the LU2 area, I have been experiencing VERY slow browsing speeds since Tuesday. It's not specific to certain websites, it's all sites I visit.

Is anyone else in my area also experiencing problems?

Well I'm just down the roads in St Albans and have had slow browsing and lots of disconnects over the last week. Surprisingly today seems a lot better when normally weekends see a drop off in terms of throughput.
