Got up this morning and the internet was out, although all the lights were lit on the modem and the router was on, no one in the household could access the internet (This usually happens at least once a week and requires a complete power off/on)

Service came back up as it usually does, but this time I noticed webpages were slow to load, additionally only bits and pieces of a website would load and not the whole thing.

So I did some ping tests to various websites, like the BBC and my ping on all hops is in the high, triple digits?

See attached image.

Anyone else getting problems in the Worthing area?

What I want you to post is the Downstream power levels including the SNR and the Upstream power levels for me thanks.

DO NOT POST YOUR MAC ADDRESS OR SERIAL NUMBER

Thanks Moldova

Downstream - Power Level (dBmV) 5.14 5.67 5.39 5.82

Upstream - Power Level (dBmV) 52.75

Can't find any mention of an SNR? (I'm on the 50mb service if that helps)

That is called RXMER on a 50Mb modem but your other power levels are fine you can check them on the sticky HERE (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/34896851-post3.html)

Call the 50Mb support line oin 0800 052 0431 so they can check your connection.

Ahh ok, the RXMER bit says

RxMER (dB) 37.36 37.36 37.94 38.26

Seems ok today, but again this morning I woke up to a non working internet
I seem to have the same problem as others who report it's the router which seems to lose the internet connection (The Dlink 615 one)
Rebooting that and the internet is fine, heh.
