No idea but to get a router you would have to go up to 20Mb, but you may also get a better deal than you have now so it is worth a phone call to find out.
You can't go below L anyway

The router given out with the XL (20MB) is a pile of poo anyway. WNR2000, looks nice, but has no loopback interface, so if you run a fileserver on the LAN, it will not be possible to use it with that router.
Best pony up some cash and buy a decent router.

Just ring up and explain about the upgrade and you are wondering were the router is that comes with the upgrade.

Ho w recent is the upgrade
The 'supplied router' is rubbish. Get a Linksys. Used to have all sorts or problems with the WNR2000 - the Linksys is brilliant and I've never rebooted it.

The d link router is great I stream HD from my pc to a mediaplayer and can download at my full 20meg at the same time!

Shouldn't be a problem, just ring and explain that you didn't receive it.

All you do is ring up and say that it has been over 2 weeks and your router has not arrived that you expected as part of your upgrade and they should order one for you.
