I've never seen anything like this before.
What does it mean?
Should I be concerned?

The upstream you were locked to changed one of its' parameters. Virgin are using something called Advanced Spectrum Management - ASM which monitors the cable network and if required changes upstreams to keep modems online.

The details of upstreams are advertised via Upstream Channel Descriptors - UCDs.

Basically you had some noise on the network in your local area which caused the ASM to change your upstream down in order to make it more resistant to the nose, this caused a new UCD to be sent. The problem was short lived as 6 seconds later ASM restored the original upstream again hence the new UCD.

All working as intended.

Absolute pleasure. If you have some issues in the future when you see these messages it might indicate an issue, however so long as all is working as it should be these messages are fine.
