Hi,

We have just recently purchased a Samsung Digitial Home Cinema System (HT-TZ225). We have an external blu-ray Samsung DVD player (BD-P1500), a Wii and the Virgin VBox.

We have managed to get the Blu-Ray dvd player to work on the cinema system by the HDM1 cable running from the dvd player to the TV and then the optical cable running from the DVD player to the home cinema. The Wii is running of the AV with the red and white cables into the cinema system.

We seem to be struggeling to the get the VBox to play when the DVD is connected. On the cinema system we have 1 HDMI and 1 optical slot. The VBox does not have a HDMI output.

I don't know whether its possible to have the VBox run through the cinema system but just wondered whether there is a way.

Thanks in advance.

Sam

Your cinema system is like mine,
What about v box and blu-ray player via optical cable using a splitter http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m38.l1313&_nkw=optical+splitter&_sacat=See-All-Categories
1 optical into the spliter then 2 going out ( 1 to vbox, 1 to blu-ray)

My cinema system has digital out (optical) which when using a spliter it picks up the sound from which ever is playing (vbox/bluray)
and 2 AUX out

then
v box to TV using scart, and blu-ray player using HDMI

Then the Wii using the AV cables to tv.
