Can anyone help?

I subscribe to the 50Mb service from Virgin Media.

One of the reasons for upgrading was to have better quality video streaming over the internet using the faster service.

I regularly log onto NAASA TV to watch the live feeds of shuttle missions and from the ISS.

These streams were always a bit fuzzy and slow to resolve themselves on changes of shots or when a camera is panned etc.

I assumed that if I subscribed to the faster 50Mb service the extra speed would improve the picture quality. It didn't.

Is this due to the NASA servers being slow or is it anything to do with the distance that the video streams have to travel?

When watching the BBC I player or 4OD the picture quality is fine and when I watch video clips fron American news channels the pictures are also nice & clear.

Is there anything that I can do to make the live video streams fron NASA TV clearer?

Regards and a Happy New Year to all.
