Are my QAM levels suppose to be 64 or 254?

Can someone tell me if i would still need an engineer out to boost power level up or are they ok?

Thanks

50Mbit is QAM16 for upstream and can be 256 or 64 for downstream.
Your downstream power levels are to low.
