The upload portion of your game hosting runs at 1.5Mbps max.

As for download speeds of 35Mbps at peak time, that's very good.

That's a heck of a swing nearly 4dB between two downstreams. Wonder if your modem is a bit dicey...

Any suggestions then guys? as it takes for ever to load a webpage and 4dbd o i need a tech to sort out my ds-1 level?

That tuner isn't the cause of your problems. Although it's strange to see such a difference, it is still in spec, and the error rate on all tuners is low.

Besides, loading webpages needs very little bandwidth. Is it all webpages or just certain ones?

It is possible that the modem is faulty due to the difference in power levels and for speed you may be best posting on the Newsgroups as they will be read by 2nd line agents.
