It depends on your user experience. If the downstream power level is stable and you get reasonable speeds then the highish downstream power can be ignored.

But the T3 timeouts indicate an instability. The event logs would be handy to see.

My friends 50mb these screenshots are, the problem is he has had about 4 netgear routers and 3 dlink routers along with 5 technians attending his problems are the connection is not stable it keeps dropping out every couple of days, sometimes for a couple of seconds sometimes a few hours virgin first said it was something to do with the return path what ever that is and now there saying its something to do with the 50mb dhcp server, what do you guys think it is? and then they say its something to do with the UBR and another thing its very rare he hits at 50mb and no he is not using speedtest sites he uses usenet.

I am amazed that some agents will just throw silly amounts of kit at customers just because they can get a quick end to the call and by now something should have been flagged up regarding the ridiculous amount of routers your friend has received.

If I had spoken to him I would be looking at getting his drop cable checked and possibly replaced and networks possibly involved as well.

He will need to call the 50Mb team on 0800 052 0431 but the will be none of the UK team available until Monday 28th due to the Christmas break.

He could try posting on the Newsgroups though in the meantime and remember to list how many routers you have received as that should cause a few bells to ring.
