I'm currently living in a lovely fiberoptic area in Leicester, but not for long. I'm moving back to Northern Ireland next week and I really need some advice on what to do. What's Virgin BB like in Northern Ireland? And does it run through the BT phoneline like other broadband providers? I've read in places that you don't need the phoneline to run Virgin broadband even if it isn't a fiberoptic area.

And how will the transfer process be with a move like that? Are there hidden charges I need to worry about? I haven't contacted Virgin yet because my credit can't handle it so I wanted to wait and see if I could get more information here first.

Thanks

Michael
