Hi,

I am on 50MB in Lincoln, LN6 Area

I have been having internet problems all day being slow.
Download Speeds are good
Upload Speeds when I can get it to check about 40Kbps.

Posted in the newsgroup they said it is a network problem.
Then I lost net access altogether so I phoned 151 who say it also network problem and should be fixed by 5-6pm tonight

Let hope so.

Well 6pm came and went, so just got back in and phoned them.
They now say it be fixed by tonight/morning

What are your power levels both up and down and do you have all your downstreams.

Probably best to call us after 0800 tomorrow as you will have been given that information by offshore not a 50Mb agent.

Can't get power levels atm as ready/tick is flashing and cycling

The 3 downstream channels was all under 4 the first time I called and they 50MB team said they was ok. Upstream was around 48.21

Yer am hoping it be working in the morning if not I will give them a call after 8am

Probably got one downstream, call in the morning if no change.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies :)

Phoned VM and the 50MB Team say it is a low signal issue in my area and have no ETA at this time. Could be fixed today or next week.

It came back on about 10.30am.
Speedtests look normal.
