My internet has just dropped off completely (flashing ready light), anyone else in the area experiencing problems before I bother to call support?

Nightmare - it's gone off again this afternoon. Cable TV also off. - anyone else in Stockton experiencing problems?
I've just be dropped off about 20 mins ago. Cant get thrtough to support. engaged tone.

Seems to be a massive fault that's also took the TV down for parts of the country (see other forum).
aye it looks like its all related.
thank god I have adsl too :)
Still down here. Status page says it up, however phoning gives a message saying its not up (well it says Stockton and South London in the same message).
Anyone in TS17 online yet?

Digital TV stuck on LD20 and also cable modem stuck with sync light flashing in TS5 as of 07:00 this morning, status on IVR says all ok by 8am can anyone confirm ?

I am in Ts4 area but only have broadband and as you see its working , I'm due to have tv services installed tomorrow i hope its working fine by then :o:
Still down here. If you phone up the status line it lists loads of areas and TS is one of them. So I guess some are up and some are down. eta fix: midday. Although it did day 11pm then 8am... if you get my drift :(
Still down in Middlesbrough even though it states it has been resolved on the status page.
fayraz if you ring up faults/status line. It lists TS postcodes may be down. eta now 8pm (but it was 11pm/8am/midday ).
Currently on my adsl line. At least I have some internet :)
Downstream locks... then online light flashes. Directly connecting pc modem shows the Upstream locks momentrially... and then it restarts the process again.
Still down for me, does anyone know whats happened?
I would give them a ring fayraz and see if the fault in TS is completely cleared.

Still out here in TS16. Connected through my phone, which is good enough for forums, but bugger all else.

just got in, laid the fire and lit it, and back online, not running particularly quickly though

Back within the last 5 minutes here. A crude web speed test shows it to be within normal range.
