50mb intermittent problems

Hi been having problems over the last few days with our 50mb connection, the speed doesn't seem to remain constant, connection drops on occasion but the signal levels all look correct. Can anyone just confirm these signal levels look right.

the codeword bit concerns me seems like that shouldn't be much above 0 unless somethings wrong.
