For months now my broadband has been running slow today it got to a all time low of 0.65 meg on a 50 meg line.



Can anyone give me and idea of what is up i dont know much about this.

Can someone help as i dont under stand what any of this means and my slow internet is driving me mad. many thanks in advance

Your power levels are OK for 50Mb so any issue will be elsewhere either on the network or with your equipment, so I would advise you to call the support line tomorrow morning after 0800 so that the connection can be checked out.

50Mb support line number.

thanks for that im at my wits end now. virgin cant do anything they have had 5 engineers round to look. i have had a new drop line put in but no luck looks like i need to find a more reliable internet supplier

I called virgin the modem seem all good.

what settings should i have on my routeur cause that seems to be bottle necking it.

i can get 50meg wired to the modem but i cant get it wired to the routeur

my routeur is the dir 615

can someone who has a working 50meg on this one post me the settings

Have you tried with a Different Router? Or resetting your router to factory defaults?
