View Full Version : is there a way to check that i am on 50meg ? please

been on it since yesterday just want to have a look , i know there was a way but cant remember how , something to do with looking at the upload speed frequencys and download ones, and could someone tell me what they should be for 50 meg .

192.168.100.1 in browser root as user and password then look in operation config

Just post the up/down config pages from the modem and that'll confirm that you'reon 50Mb and that the modem is set up correctly

To get the modem pages click here http://192.168.100.1/ then click the link below and go to the Cable Modem Operational Config and check that it matches the link below you should see the the Primary Downstream Service Flow Max Traffic Rate is 53000000 bps and the Primary Upstream Service Flow is 1750000 bps.
