Hey Folks,

I've been having problems with files being incomplete from usenet(both virgins and paid for) also now it seems even files from places like rapidshare are not download correctly. I've checked out my pc for the usual spyware, viruses ect and also ran memtest all came back normal. Could someone have a check of my modem levels incase the problem is there.

20Mb

Also noticed some strange messages in the event log examples:

19:27:41 2009 Information (7) Downstream sync ok

Thank you for any help on this matter.

Your power levels are fine and the messages are normal in the modem, so if you are not happy then you will need to call Tech Support on 151 from a Virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.
