Anyone have downtime today?

My internet was down from about 10 this morning till around half an hour ago.

Anyone had any similar problems today?

Your location and what the lights were doing on the modem at the time of downtime would be most helpful sir.

Lots of people lose connection for one reason or another and in different parts of the country.

Yep, NR31, went down just after 10 am this morning, no tick on the BB modem (50MB)

Phoned at 11 am, engineer booked for 10 - 4pm tomorrow (Wednesday) will now cancel.

Came on sometime between 10 and 11 pm tonight.

You chaps would have lost forward path/downstream lock. Cause is likely to have been fiber/node.
1st line process would be to book you a tech for no downstream, though outage reporting teams would have spotted a trend in techs booked out and had 2nd line investigate from CMTS/OSR level.
