Recently been getting slower download and uploads speeds:

Upstream Symbol Rate : 2560 Ksym/sec
Upstream transmit Power Level : 49.5 dBmV
Upstream Mini-Slot Size : 2

Cable Modem Downstream
Downstream Lock : Locked
Downstream Channel Id : 148
Downstream Frequency : 323000000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : QAM256

The download speed shocked me here. It hasn't been that fast, during this time, in a week.

Try http://www.speed.io/index_en.html instead. speedtest.net has never given me accurate results.

Signals look fine although the Downstream power level is a little high.

What is more shocking is the upload speed and this is probably the reason for the poor download in this speedtest.

I would suggest, perhaps, that you were uploading something while doing this download test.

Bump.

Anyone got any ideas what it could be?

Oversubscription on the UBR post on the newsgroup and they can help.

On an overlay network CMTS? I'd hope not.

Downstream Frequency : 323000000 Hz

I'm more concerned about that upstream, 70kbps sucks and suggests either high upstream utilisation or a problem with return path, newsgroups are the way forward to avoid potential pain though.

I think it's the wireless router to be honest.

I updated the firmware and changed the channel and this happened:
