My 10Mb internet connection "almost" died a couple of days ago.. I say almost because I could still see it breathing.. It was still giving me web pages but at a tiniest trickle.. It would take 10 minutes to load a website like Yahoo or bbc. Sometimes it gives up and gave me a page not found.
The last time I tried I got nothing at all so it looks like its kaput.
So I've called VM Support and they went through the usual, unplug this, reset this stuff and that didn't work so she went off and spoke to someone else.
When she returned she said a technical error had occurred and it should be fixed in 48 hrs.
I'm writing this post to ask if anyone else has been having issue in the South Manchester area? M19 specifically.
