Hi Guys

I am new here and looking for some advice, i have the 20mb service with Virgin and have noticed certain sites that i used to download from at around 2.3mb/sec are now down to around 700kb if i am lucky, i have not reached my cap on downloads so i know it is not that and it is not p2p traffic just standard downloads from http servers.
I have managed to get onto my modem and wanted someone to check that my levels are all ok if possible.

Your power levels are fine so the speed issue is either network side or with your equipment so you need to call Tech Support who can help diagnose the issue.

Tech Support is open 24/7 on 151 from your Virgin Media Phone. It's absolutely free.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.
