HI All i was wondering if you can help with an issue.

I am a Virgin Media customer and i currently get L Broadband (2meg upgrade to 10meg) @ £20 and M+ TV @£5.50 hence my total monthly price comes to £25.50.

Since my telephone provider (BT) has been messing me around. i am considering changing to Virgin Media and take out its L phone (£3.45+£11[Line rental]=£14.45)

If taking the L Phone my new total monthly bill will come to £25.50+£14.45=£39.95

So my question is will virgin charge me for installation for the phone line?

Also i have seen on the virgin media website that the price of XL Broadband (20Meg) is £20. Now since i am already paying £20 for L (10 meg) broadband can virgin also upgrade my broadband to 20meg if i get the phone line from them?

Has anyone else been in this kind of situation? Your help will be highly appreciated.

They will charge you for the installation.

Have a look at their bundles. Remember to add £11 for the phone line (they sneakily do not include that in the price despite it being part of the bundle.

I would call Customer Services for advice on 0845 454 1111 and see what deal they can offer you.
