Hello all, I'm in Newton-le-Willows just outside Liverpool.
I'm on the 10mb package but have had no service since mid-day yesterday.
I've seen several updates on the status pages indicating outages in other areas but not mine. All outages are now apparently fixed but not working for me. I've tried to contact Virgin via the usual numbers but all I get are the automated pre recorded messages, told to reset my modem then it hangs up or I'm left on hold listening to music for 25 minutes and then it hangs up.
I need to speak to a human at Virgin - does anyone have any suggestions?
