Are 50MB installs still having the activation problems where engineers can't take the new modem off the garden wall (or whatever it's called) and then leaving the customer without BB?
Just a query as to whether they've sorted out the problem.
I'm having 50MB upgrade done this week and if the engineer cannot activate the modem while he is there, I am going to insist he leaves my working 20MB one here until the 50MB is active - can I do that?
