why does it go all laggy and bad at 4 - 11 pm?


Just Phoned Customer Service and it is a JOKE, they say they dont deal with Lwtency Issues as long as speed is fine, how am i supposed to play online games?


My Connection cuts out randomly sometimes and the CS guy says "no it dosent, i just checked, phone us back when it happens"


What kind of BS service is this


Where are the UK English Techs for 50 Mb gone?

And i am supposed to have £60 worth of credict because f all the problems, but guess what, never got a penny.

And the thing is on the PC ping just incerase by 50% or so from 25 to 35 or so but on online games when i host its completely laggy for everyone (unlike daytime when friends say its perfect)


And also i cannot play, it seems like 300 - 500ms lag when usually its 40 - 80ms

Which exchange are you on?

Also, what time are you calling VM? as the best time to call is between 10am and 3pm, I'm assuming you get put through to a foreign call centre, rather then UK based 50meg technical support?

I'm on the Salford exhange and I've had enough bad experience with 50meg, most of which, I've never posted on here.

Im the cheetham hill area.

And i got put throught to someone in the UK call centre and they booked an egineer.
