Hello, We have a slight problem.

Every so often our virgin router will just die and all the lights will go off on the router , they flash so i know it isnt a power failure ,

I turn the modem off and turn it back on, it fixes the issue but it isnt the right way to go as it gets quite annoying.

Below ive added some relevant info for you, id appreciate if someone could look it over and tell me what is happening, is my modem dying a slow death

this can be closed now - technician has been scheduled, power levels are too high accordign to vm

haha i know, the technician couldnt believe it either - he put a few stepdowns on it and we arwe currently running ok our new stats as follows:
