Hi, I got the vbox today along with wireless router and modem for the internet. I've set the internet up fine but the vbox keep's getting stuck at ap:52 when I turn it on.
I know its because its not been activated but for some reason I got no instructions with the box like I should have (which I know includes the phone no to ring to activate), nor have I got a welcome pack.
Has anyone got a number for activation apart from 0845 454 1111 because whenever I ring that number they don't understand what I need them to do, and have even arranged for an engineer to come out on the 13th october (which is too long!) when I know they would just get here, ring them up and activate the vbox.
