Thinking of getting 50meg

hi all, i am thinkin of getting 50meg, i'm on 20 at the mo and can not fault it, constant 18-19 all the time, but havin seen some of the threads here where people are getting problems with speed in the 50meg i am 50/50 wether to upgrade. i live in the st1 area of stoke on trent, any one out there with 50meg havin these problems or is the service ok. thanks guys and girls

you will also find loads of people saying their 20 meg is screwy on here. You mainly hear bad news on a support forum ;) My 50 meg has been pretty much excellent with a couple of slips and thats on a poor area thats still 64QAM

for the price virgin have offered me to upgrade is only another £7.00pm along with the package we have now

You might aswell upgrade because if its no good you can downgrae within 7 dys and not be held to contract.

I've ordered 50Mbit. Engineer coming on 16th October to install it.

I'm in Oldham. Anyone had issues there with 50Mbit ?
