Hi all,
Got VM 20meg piped in on Wednesday and having shocking pings/latency with it.
It isn't happening at a specific time of day etc.
I am using the Netgear N router - wired directly to my system. Here's a trace route to bbc.co.uk:

As you can see, hardly impressive!
Any help as to what I could do/what to ask customer services would be greatly appreciated.
