Hi all,
Signed up over the internet and received an email stating I would be contacted within 48 hrs to confirm installation date and pay for v+ box.
After waiting 4days and not hearing anything, I phoned them, they apologised, took my payment over the phone, talked to install dept, then phoned me back with the install date of 3rd October.
I'm taking my BT number to Virgin.
I have received a letter from BT saying they're sorry I'm leaving and if I change my mind, I have until the 9th October to let them know as my service will stop on the 12th October.
Surely it should stop the same day as my number is switched over on the 3rd?
