Anybody know when the 10mb upgrade is happening in Portsmouth?? Was told by VM that it would be in Aug!!! Still Waiting!!! Also received a nice e-mail in June saying I had been upgraded to then be told i was sent it in error??
Any ideas?

Did they actually release and area by area schedule for it this time?

As far as I know its just a case of everyone to be done by October and then everyone who's pre registered beforehand gets done as and when they get done? I could be wrong on that, though? :erm:

ok i have posted this a few times now but here i go again, first off yes it looks like portsmouth has been done (according to timetable). If you have registered then make sure you reset your modem. failing that ring faults on 151 and ask them to check your account and check that the signal has been sent correctly to your modem. Account faults are fairly common.

If you have not registered then i believe this can be done over the phone too

I'd say your first port of call should be customer services to be honest, just to make sure that you actually are pre-registered. If you are and you're still not receiving the speed then they can pass you onto the faults service center.

Also, staff members do have the ability to pre register you over the phone, however, the process for registering for this upgrade is by doing so online. So if you did call in to get this actioned you may be met with a 'sorry - go the the website' :)
