Hello,

For about the past year we have had the 20mb service from NTL/Virgin Media and it has consistently been causing problems. One second it's at a 0.05MB/s Speed the next it's back up to 15MB/s+ according to speedtest.net

This is not due to the load we are putting on the internet nor from illegal downloading. I have a few screenshots of my past results that i have been capturing throughout the year, here is the history of our 20mb/s Service.

It really is starting to annoy me now, has any got tips/suggestions?

Example; I would be browsing Youtube fine and quickly, then all of a sudden a page takes about 5 minutes to load, along with every other web page, via a wireless N connection and via ethernet. Then moments later it is loading pages instantly again. It's a consistent problem which is happening every-time i use the web.
