50mb prices

We pay 36 pound per month inc phone. I phoned VM and they said it's an additional 8 pounds per month and 50 pound install fee for 50mb. Is that price true?.

In a word, yes. Well almost, afaik its an extra £8 per month for the service but its actually £30 install and £20 activation adding up to £50.

Ben or one of the other VM guys who frequent the forums will be better placed to answer you but as far as I am aware you have been quoted correctly.

I phoned up earlier today, to enquire about upgrading from 10mb to 50mb.
Very disappointing conversation.
I assumed - wrongly it seems - that as I currently pay £25 for BB (not inc discounts), that it would be an extra £3 for 50mb.
That's how it reads on the website.
I probably missed the small print for *New customers only*
They wanted an extra twenty odd pounds plus £50 to install.
So I'm sticking to 10mb unless someone can advise differently?
