Hi, pretty new here, have been a forum lurker for a fair time, never had any real need to post, but over the past few weeks, ive had some pretty awful lag, dc's

Im on 20mbit in Southampton, will post up the modem stuff, see if anyone can see an issue that i need to report.

Forgot to add, been on this package for about 18months and never had any real serious issues.

The family play World of Warcraft a fair bit, and have seen our in game ping go from a steady 80-100ms to over 280ms every day for about 5 weeks solid.

And if there is what/who i should contact about it.

Think the best people to speak to are VM tech support they will test your broadband speed for you and they can tune your pc if the need arises I believe although not 100% sure.

Upstream power level is high - ring VM Tech support and an engineer will need to come adjust that.
