Netbook

I have had my Virgin media freedom netbook for a week and already it has been back to the manufactures because some of the keys did not work.
Now i have the problem of the computer either locking up on me or shutting down for no reason.

Before i call the helpline again has anyone else experienced the locking up/shutting down and if so was there a quick fix.

If it is faulty you need to call in as its under warranty and needs to be looked at by the manufacturer.

Mine freezes, yes. I think it's because I put too much stress on the Atom processor - running full screen YouTube etc.
