Joining Virgin

I have applied to join Virgin Broadband XL and been given the connection date as
Sept 1st.
When will I receive my contract details its a week tomorrow since I applied.
What is the contact number for them speaking from BT phone.

I would change it to XXL 50 Meg, if it's available in your area. It's only £ 38/m as of 1st September.
