Modem not connecting in LN6 area

Hi,

I am on 50mb and my modem has lose connection while I was having dinner
The upstream seems to be having a problem locking on

Upstream power evels are ranging from: 21.18 to 58.21
T3 Timeouts 586 (at this time)
T3 Timeouts have been within 25 mins
The modem was rebooted 25 mins ago

Lights on modem
Power
Ethernet
upstream flashing
downstream

Any ideas what going on?
I am in the LN6 area of Lincoln
I phoned VM and I have a Tech Friday.

It may be an outage with the upstream fluctuating like that, but at least you have a engineer booked for friday

Yer, not to bad the tech coming out tomorrow, and I do have a USB T-Mobile stick for the net.

I did phone the VM status line and they said there was problems in the LN6 area, so I phoned 50mb Tech Support this morning and they say it not related to my problem. As the codes don't match up or something like that.

Forgot to say yesterday: The Upstream is going through channel ID 1 to 4.

Is there a chance it could be the modem?

It seems strange to me. It been fine up to last night about 6pm ish. Then what I came back about 7.30pm it was discounted.
