Upgraded from the 20Mb service which has been PERFECT.
Game downloads from http://gamefiles.virginmedia.com/ max out my connection.
A download from Microsoft:

Also, maxes out my connection.
HOWEVER:
Speedtest.net via Coventry (Warwicknet Ltd) only gives about 25Mbps.
Speedtest.net via Birmingham (Datatech UK Ltd) maxes out the connection.

Only gives about 10 Mbps.
My Usenet connection by Astraweb, is now up and down all over the place between 5Mb and 40Mb although on the 20Mb connection, it was fine and rock solid.
The error log from my newsbin app is now reporting:
Level: ERROR MODULE=NNTPServerWorker, MSG=Failed to contact Server: Astra_Web_EU - Will retry eventually
At random intervals.
Thoughts anyone?
I am connected via ethernet directly to the Cable Modem.
