Pc Guard unwanted blocking some online games

Hello guys, since the middle of last week Pc Guard's firewall has started blocking some online games (Team Fortresss 2 and Football manager live). I believe it has been playing up since either a genereral PC Guard program upgrade or because of some kind of automatic update early in the week. I have not changed any of my Firewall settings before or since the ugrade. The prgrams that I am trying to run all appear as 'allowed' in my Firewalll settings yet the do not run. I have Windows XP with SP2.
How can I get it working correctly again?

Try Service pack 3 for XP

Remove all the problem programs from your allowed list in the firewall.
Restart your computer and launch the games one at a time, pc guard should pop up asking you to block or allow.

As Mags says below, you can also add the exe's for the game/application in the advanced settings on the firewall.
