Bexley Area BB Speeds

is anyone in the Bexley area having speed issues?, I have been getting very poor speeds for most of the week...I am on 20Mb but am getting at most half that speed. This is during the day/afternoon/early morning etc..

would someone mind telling me if the following looks ok..

Downstream SNR @ 27.4dB is below what it should be and will contributing to if not causing your issue, needs a tech.

thanks for the quick reply ... do they need to visit and tweak the modem or can it be done whilst on the phone to them?
