Any 50mb Problems in Glasgow? [Archive]

I'm at work right now so can't help my wife attempt to sort the problem. However we got 50mb installed on Tuesday. It's been fine since then, however she says that we have no internet at all since about 11am. Our router is up high out of her reach so she is unable to reboot it. Not sure whether the problem is the router, or the modem, or both. Or whether there is a problem with the Glasgow internet at the moment? We only had issues with 20mb very rarely.

Thoughts?

There doesn't seem to be any issues in Glasgow on the VM status page. If it's total loss of internet then it may be best to ring them....
