When the engineer comes round to install V+ will he be able to unblock my pin? (yeah i accidently locked it after trying 3 times werent the best time :erm:) or would i have to phone 150 etc..?

I would phone 150 for quickness - I wouldn't imagine the engineer will be able to do it :)

The PIN only locks on the box you are using, so if he's installing a new box it won't be locked on that one.

Besides, it unlocks automatically after 15 minutes, so you've got nothing to worry about. (If you really have forgotten your PIN, you'll have to get Customer Services to reset it)

yes it is easy for the techs to unlock or activate it a quick call and its done, some contractors may not know this, but it's easy for you to do.
