Ok just called to upgrade to 50mb
first three attempts went to India 4th got through to Scotland.
Girl booked in install for 22 Aug and gave me the 1st Sept price decrease from then.
So my bill will now be £61.50 per month for

now before i get slaughtered i am taking her word for the price drop due to the discounts on my account i cant work it out!
