Hi,

We've been a VM (NTL) customer for about 10 years and had VIP for 3, just called up to see about getting a free router as they didn't offer them 3 years ago, but told no can do. It'll cost you.

It's hardly fair is it, that anyone who isn't on VIP can upgrade to the same level of broadband and get a free one.

So, anyone know of a way I can persuade VM to part with one for a long time and loyal customer. Not really interested in talking to retentions, as when things get to that point I will just leave.

TIA
Frosty

look at post 18 made by me in this thread http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/34/33645758-we-hear-you-vm-now-recognise-page-2.html I got a free router but it was before 50mb was available in my area though.
