Hi guys :)
Just wondering if you could check my specs as i'm getting low speed as usual around evening times, guessing it's over subscription to network (which nothin' i can do AFAIK) but if you could have a look anyway just to confirm my suspicion i'd be most grateful :tu:

Levels are ok.

Your power levels are fine so you need to call.
Fault on 151 option 2 from your Virgin Media Phone. It's absolutely free.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.

Was that quote from Moldova directed @ me about calling it in? I really wouldn't know what to say to them, they always spend half hour figuring out that like i said "it's nothing wrong my end" dunno what to do :/

The downstream levels are to high, should be between -3 and +3 ish, the upstream level is to low ideally about 40-50dB Max.

Yeah call in, give them your power levels and tell them you suffer slower speeds in the evening. You can then ask if there is high downstream utilization in the evenings.

Will call monday as fairly busy today / weekend. I'll say about my power levels and the high down utilization too, hopefully they don't just tell me "it's fine" ..i'll post back monday on progress :)

Hi, are you in the Newcastle-North Tyneside area by any chance. Quite a few people are having the same problems. PM if you live in the area as I am collecting information for technical support.
