Anyone else having issues logging into the "my virgin media" section of the virgin media website?
Can login to ebilling and webmail sections fine, but when attempting to login to the my vm section i get the following error:
"Sorry
Sorry, but due to issues with your order/account, we are unable to handle your request online at this time. Please call our support centre for help on 0845 045 0001."
Anyone else see this before?

I hate to ask, but have you actually tried doing what it asks, and called 0845 045 0001?
Just logged in and its working fine :)
Just logged in myself fine and uploading to VStuff storage is fine as well :)

Just call in and they will sort it out for makes more sense than posting about it.;)
There is a ticket on service status about issues with myvm
I have the same message show up. I called them up to ask what its about and nobody seems to know. It's been like that for months!
They asked me to log in with a different email address, so I use that instead. It's an alias I made ages ago, I think.
