SNR Issue In Dudley [Archive]

I keep having a SNR issue in Dudley UBR09, its up and down sometimes the internet is fine always getting 19Mb, but last night again and this morning no connection, I have called each time this happens and its the same issue this has been going on for around 3 weeks now, anyone else having issues in Dudley.

Can the mods contact help on this?

Hi,
Im on dud 09 also but mines been solid for a while now :D But im on the 50mbit.
I have however had my v+box lock up a few times and require a couple of resets to get it working?
