I'm on Broadband size L: 10MB

On my bill it shows that I pay £25 a month for this.

Is it me or does this seem a little high?

1) Does anybody know which number I can ring to try and reduce this cost?

2) What are my chances of succeeding?

Thanks

I’m sure they do this to confuse people.
Do you know what bundle your on?

The monthly bill I get is one of the most confusing things I've ever read.

Right that means you are currently paying £17 for BB L - as £8 of the £9.50 discount is because you have broadband

Thanks.

How is that compared to the average price for BB L?

It seems cheaper when advertised on the VM site but that is for new customers.

It's what everyone on BB L that signed up before February pays.

If you phoned up you would probably be offered an upgrade to XL BB for £3 more a month
