Tickets this way for the Broadband Express
Come and watch HD streams at your desk
Or watch other wives being naughty alone upstairs
Or kids shooting others in their crosshairs

What sound on earth could ever replace
a geek laughing at his rediculous download pace
Cos this, people reckon, and me included,
Is why HDD's and blu-ray were kindly invented

To calm us all down, stop us going mental
These are the Broadband life's basic essentials
It is worth every penny, they're spending our taxes
Lord Carters stupid head we hate, but we will pay the taxes

Imagine a Britain without Downloaders and Pirates
We'll sell our organs for faster upload you hear
Make STM history, faster broadband now
Make STM history, faster broadband now!

(Perhaps I should get back to work)

We admire your poetic style
For it must have taken a while
To figure out what
Will be and will not
And it certainly raises a smile.

Can you see what inspired it?

Can you see what inspired it?

What does that rhyme with?

I can see that you are inspired
And getting exceedingly tired
Of being held back
By the obvious lack
Of speed with which you are wired.
